I saw the NP who was very professional, kind and prompt. All the staff are exceptionally kind and pleasant.
Only arrogant person was the ultrasound tech who walked in not introducing herself, then very rude the whole time she performed the US. They need to get rid of her, she messes up the ambiance of a very pleasant experience.

Overall good, just a long wait every time I have an appointment. They also forgot to tell me I needed an ultrasound so I had to come back that same day. They were able to see me quick for that one at least.
