It had two new girls at the desk and was doing God knows what? She was not paying attention . Look like tired. And they are not welcoming like the older stuff members, whom I love really love their energy and are always so welcoming.

Dr Olanescu is very patient and kind. She makes y ou feel very comfortable during the exam. She is the best gynecologist that I ever had. I have been a patient for 20 years.

Extremely busy office. I came 30mins earlier than scheduled time and ended up being seen 2 hrs later. I am a physician myself, so I understand when offices can get quite busy. However, I never saw a single MD during the visit. I never had vitals taken during the office visit, which was charted in my records as if it had been taken. I had everything done by a PA. The PA was the only cordial member in the office. All other members of the office staff were cold and unprofessional, especially the ultrasound tech who was very rough and rude, almost making the patient feel violated. I did not feel like the office had any compassion for their patients. It honestly felt like a factory churning out patients for money. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.
